Welcome to Mythlocked! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mythlocked. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Mythlocked is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer or sell your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to provide accurate representations of our products. However, because most Mythlocked products are 3D-printed, hand-finished, and made-to-order, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and not considered defects.
We do not warrant that products will look exactly like renders, mockups, or photos. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once we process payment and send you an order confirmation.
Orders cannot always be cancelled once accepted, as most products are custom-made. Please check carefully before placing your order.
All orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Prices exclude shipping, handling, import duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. If you use a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to do so and that charges will be honored by your provider.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders using third-party carriers. Once we transfer the package to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external events. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, text, renders, graphics, logos, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Mythlocked or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written consent.
“Mythlocked,” our product names, and our logo are trademarks of Mythlocked. Shopify trademarks remain property of Shopify.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools (such as integrations, apps, or widgets). These are provided “as is” and at your own risk. We have no responsibility or liability for their use.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Use these sites at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Mythlocked is powered by Shopify, but any sales are made directly between you and Mythlocked. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All data we collect is handled according to our Privacy Policy [LINK]. Because our store runs on Shopify, certain data is also processed by Shopify under its Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us the right to use, share, or publish that content for promotional or operational purposes without compensation.
