Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all parts included, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your current item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply: the item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@mythlocked.com
