Processing Times

All Mythlocked products are 3D-printed and hand-finished to order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods (such as new launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Lithuanian Post, DPD, UPS, or DHL (depending on your location).
Estimated delivery times:

European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch

United States & Canada: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Rest of World: 10–25 business days after dispatch

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local government.

These costs are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@mythlocked.com, and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If the wrong address was provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it — but you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot issue a refund.
