Thank you for shopping with Mythlocked! Below you’ll find details about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


Processing Times

  • All Mythlocked products are 3D-printed and hand-finished to order.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

  • During busy periods (such as new launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Lithuanian Post, DPD, UPS, or DHL (depending on your location).

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days after dispatch

⚠️ These are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Customs, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local government.

  • These costs are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@mythlocked.com, and we will help investigate with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.


Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If the wrong address was provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship it — but you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

  • If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, we cannot issue a refund.
